Team captains who have registered a full squad and cannot see their schedules within 48 hours of the first match may not have completed their team rosters, either with respect to minimum numbers, but also with respect to any gender requirements if applicable. Rosters must be completed to be able to see schedules. You will see messaging on your team page indicating that this is the case and how to resolve it. The best call is to make sure you've completed your roster immediately after you register the team and stay on top of teammates who have no accepted team invites. If you have completed this and you still cannot view your schedule just drop an email to play@jamsports.com!
If you signed up as a free agent and you cannot see your roster or your schedule yet, it means we are putting finishing touches on all of that for you and as soon as we have completed this, you will get an email notification to that effect!
