What Happens After You Register
Thanks for signing up! Depending on when you register, it might be a few weeks, days, or even just hours before your league or event kicks off.
You may not hear from us right away—especially if you registered early—and that’s totally normal. Behind the scenes, our team is building divisions, organizing rosters, and putting schedules together. If there’s ever an issue with your registration or if we can’t accommodate you, we’ll reach out directly.
If you're a team captain: Log into your profile to invite your teammates so they can officially join your roster. If you’ve played with them before, you can add them from past seasons with one click.
It's also a great idea for you to read up JAM Sports league guidelines, refund guidelines, weather guidelines, the rules for your sport, and equipment requirements.
We aim to release schedules and team details no later than 48 hours before your first game. If your start time is close and you haven't received any info yet (for example, you just registered for a program starting today), email us at play@jamsports.com and we’ll do our best to get you placed before game time.
