If your Free Agent team is eligible to receive a set of team shirts, you will be notified once your schedule has been posted.
Here are the steps to order and receive them:
The designated team captain (indicated by the "C" on the "Roster" tab) is responsible for ordering the T-shirts on behalf of the whole team. If the captaincy needs to change, please contact us at play@jamsports.com.
Collect the T-shirt sizes needed for your teammates (sizes available are S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL). This info is also available under your "Teams" tab, as long as players have added their T-shirt size to their profile.
Once the schedule is posted, your team captain will be able to order shirts directly through their JAM profile. Look for the option when logged into your JAM profile and on the team's page.
Follow the prompts to place the order.
Your team has up to 14 days AFTER the start of your league to place an order for T-shirts. After this date, you will no longer be able to order shirts.
We recommend ordering the maximum number of T-shirts in case more teammates get added to your roster.
Orders generally ship in 1 to 2 weeks.
