How does my team order their team shirts?

When registering a full team, you may be eligible for complimentary t-shirts.

Here is how your team can order their t-shirts:

The team captain is the only person that can place the team's order.
Within about 24 hours of completing registration, the t-shirt ordering portal will be accessible on your JAM profile.
T-shirt orders require a minimum number to be placed. The portal will inform you if the minimum has not been met.
You have up until 14 days BEFORE the start date of your program to place the order. You will NOT be able to order shirts after this date. No exceptions will be made.
When logged into your JAM profile, look for the t-shirt ordering option on the team's page.
Your team's unique promo code will be automatically populated and cover the number of shirts included in your team fee. If more are needed, simply add them to the order and pay the additional cost at check out.
Enter your shipping details and the order will be sent directly to you.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

You can only place the order once when using the promo. To ensure you receive everything your team needs, please have all the necessary sizes and details when completing the ordering process.
