We are excited to be improving the T shirt promotion program for Grand Rapids players. Some updates will be rolled out at the start of the Spring season, and here is everything you need to know.
Your process will look very similar to before, with one key improvement. We are now working with a local supplier, Grand Rapids Graphix, located just down the street from our very own JAM Sportsplex. This allows for a smoother and more efficient experience for our Grand Rapids teams.
Where do I find my t-shirt code?
After registering and before the start of the season, team captains will receive a promo code by email. This code can be used to place your team shirt order with our new promotional partner, Grand Rapids Graphix, through the Grand Rapids specific online store linked below: https://jamsportsgr.itemorder.com/shop/home/
How do I order and what are shipment options?
The promotion will include a set number of T shirts, as outlined during registration. Teams will have a variety of color and size options to choose from. There will also be options to customize and add to your order at an additional cost.
In addition to shipping, teams may also choose a pickup option. Pickup will take place at JAM Sportsplex on your first day of games.
How do I know if my team qualifies for the promotion?
Several JAM league registrations include a set of team shirts at no additional cost. Due to logistical factors, not all leagues are included in the promotion. Here is how to confirm if your team qualifies: Double check the league information on the Program Discovery page. If your team qualifies for the shirt promotion, details will be listed. The note will look something like this:
All TEAMS that register by the published deadline will receive a set of team T shirts at no extra cost. Includes free shipping. Team captains will be contacted within a week of registering with ordering details. Individuals that register also qualify for T shirts. More info will be shared closer to league start dates.
